Understanding Grief,
April 18 2017 at 07:00 pm
Grief is the emotional suffering and sorrow caused by the death of a loved one. It quite possibly is the hardest thing you will ever go through. ABT has people who have gone through grief and they are here to help you. How long will it last? Everyone wants to know. Coming to the Understanding Grief Class can help you become balanced again. When you understand what is causing your specific problems, then you can start doing something about it. Support group will meet on Tuesdays, April 18 through May 23 at 7 PM in the Memorial Chapel (Door 2C) for a series of six classes.
