Grief Recovery,

Have you lost a child, mother, father, husband, wife, brother, sister, or other loved one through death? Does it seem as if no one understands your feelings?  If so, the Understanding Grief class will help you understand your feelings and the grieving process.  We can't take the pain away, but we can help you lean into it and get through it.  Support group will begin on Tuesday at 7 PM in the Memorial Chapel (Door 2C) for a series of six classes. September 9 - Journey Toward Wholeness; September 16 - Emotions; September 23 - Expectations; September 30 - Faith; October 7 - Healing; October 14 - A Summary.

Volunteer Orientation,

ARE YOU READY TO JUMP IN?  Join Kathy Holland on Sunday Morning, September 21, at either 9:30 or 10:45 for a one-hour orientation about volunteer service here in the ABT family.  She will answer your questions, talk about Spiritual Gifts, and fill you in on new volunteer opportunities!  Class will meet in the new Volunteer Center, located between the Prayer Room and ABT Central.

Band of Brothers Bash!,

For boys going into kindergarten through fifth grade.  The Band of Brothers Bash starts at ABT and ends at Laser Quest in Montrose. Tons of activities including: indoor mini golf, inflatable archery, games, and much more.  Dad's and Grandpa's are welcome to attend.  Cost  is $10. "Blue Christmas" Grief Service,

Blue Christmas is a memorial worship service for those dealing with grief during the holidays.The hopeful environment offers emotional healing through a ceremony of  testimonies, music, and a media presentation honoring loved ones.

  • $5 advance fee provides personalized memory candle and a part in the media presentation. Bring or mail checks, payable to ABT, to church office.

A Day with Lisa Harper,
