Jason is a life-long member of ABT, growing up through the youth department. After getting married to Valerie in 2003, they felt God’s calling to volunteer in the middle school department. In 2008, God called them into full-time youth ministry at ABT and Connect Student Ministries were the result.
Jason has an Associates degree in Graphic Design with Honors from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh as well as another Associates degree and Bachelors degree from Liberty University in Fine Arts and Religion. He is currently working on his Masters degree in Christian Ministry and Pastoral Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
Jason and Valerie have four children, Gavin, Alyson, Lincoln & Wilson, as well as a desire to see life change in students by helping them move toward a stronger connection with God.
Bob and his wife Barbara came to ABT in February of 2014. Prior to ABT Bob has served as a missionary to Cuba, and board member of Christ To The Nations Missions. Most recently he served in several church positions in Florida and Texas. Bob entered the ministry following a successful career at IBM, and was ordained in 2002. Bob and Barbara have three grown and married children and four grandchildren, living in Texas, Delaware, and Mexico. Bob has a passion for people, and challenges everyone to reach their full potential as a Christian. Bob and Barbara enjoy travel, especially taking cruises in their spare time and visiting foreign countries. They are avid campers, but only if they can “glamp” (glamour camping) in an RV.
Randy grew up in central Michigan in a family that loves to sing, and he continues to spend his days promoting God’s praise as the Worship Pastor for our Temple service. With almost 30 years of music ministry in Louisville KY, Erie PA, Mansfield OH, and Cleveland OH, he joined the ABT team in September of 2011. Pastor Randy holds a Masters in Church Music degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. When investing in the life and service of those that attend the Temple, sing in the choir, or play on the praise team, Randy knows he is doing what God has called him to do. His favorite verse says, “Whatever you do, in word or deed, do all for the glory of God.” (I Cor.10:31)
Randy and his wife, Cyndy, have two adult daughters, Rebecca and Jennifer.
Bryan is a native of northeast Ohio, who accepted Jesus Christ into his life as a seven year old boy at ABT. He and his wife Laurie have 2 sons: Chaese, and Chandler.
Pastor Bryan originally served as an ABT Senior High leader, but in recent years became the director of the college and young singles. He has a keen understanding of the challenges young adults face today and strives to provide a ministry to help them face those challenges. His heart’s desire is to help those around him discover how they can have a personal relationship with Christ, develop their own “personal community”, and in turn take what Christ has done in their lives to those around them.
